The cause of death has not been released, but authorities gave no indications at the scene that any foul play is suspected in the matter. They left the scene, as did a hearse carrying the body, shortly after noon.
A woman at the investigation scene said she arrived at the church Friday morning to make funeral arrangements for her mother. "I walked up the sidewalk and saw a body," laying in the graveyard, the woman said.
Police also had a blue Toyota Sienna minivan towed from in front of the graveyard around 11:30 a.m. Friday.
Parents were pulling into the church parking lot during the police investigation to pick up children from a preschool located on the church campus. A preschool employee said that school that morning was running normally for the 14 students attending the morning pre-kindergarten session.
