Indictments

A Charles County grand jury has issued the following indictments:

David Rossleighy Chandler, 61, of La Plata was charged with second-degree assault for events that occurred Aug. 13.

Troy Dwayne Farmer, 26, of Bel Alton was charged with possession of a firearm by someone with a felony conviction, marijuana possession and second-degree assault for events that occurred Nov. 17.

Peter Royal Alfred, 19, of Waldorf was charged with armed robbery, two counts of using a handgun in commission of a felony or violent crime, first-degree assault, theft of less than $1,000 and conspiracy to commit armed robbery for events that occurred Nov. 9.

Mark Eugene Carroll, 51, of Nanjemoy was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to distribute, conspiracy to distribute narcotics and drug possession for events that occurred Nov. 19.

Charles Brian Curtin, 39, of Mechanicsville was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute and marijuana possession for events that occurred Nov. 21.

Andre Elmore Gardner, 33, of Waldorf was charged with unauthorized removal of property, narcotics possession with intent to distribute, drug possession and resisting or interfering with an arrest for events that occurred Oct. 28 and Nov. 5.

Myron Antonio Gibson, 26, currently residing in the Charles County jail, was charged with second-degree murder and first-degree child abuse resulting in death for events that occurred Aug. 19.

Johnny Darrell Hammonds, 39, of White Plains was charged with sexual abuse of a minor and fourth-degree sex offense for events that occurred Nov. 19.

Sheldon Scot Hinton, 37, of Waldorf was charged with physical second-degree child abuse and second-degree assault for events that occurred Nov. 16.

Darrell Donnell Jackson, 24, of Bryans Road was charged with narcotics possession with intent to distribute and drug possession for events that occurred Nov. 14.

Keith Michael Lemons, 21, of Waldorf was charged with indecent exposure for events that occurred Nov. 15.

Hakeem Rashad Linkins, 20, of Waldorf was charged with distributing drugs, drug possession with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana for events that occurred Nov. 13.

Rudolph Cleveland Posey Jr., 52, of Nanjemoy was charged with narcotics possession with intent to distribute, conspiracy to distribute narcotics and drug possession for events that occurred Nov. 19.
