National Harbor Tree

The National Harbor tree-lighting has occurred every year since 2007. This year’s lighting ceremony is planned for Nov. 14. This photo was taken in 2019.

National Harbor announced yesterday that its annual tree-lighting ceremony will take place on No. 14 at dusk.

Tree installation began earlier this week with an official testing of the tree lights and snow on Nov. 13.

Once the tree is officially lit, it will be lit every evening at dusk through Sunday, Jan. 3. There will be a light show every half hour from sundown to 9 p.m. that will include snowfall over the tree.
